The Wild Rift 4.0a patch is here, and that means that it’s time for a number of champions to undergo some changes – for better or worse. Well, it’s fair to say that it’s the latter for Aatrox, as Riot Games lessens the amount of healing he receives from his World Ender. This is likely to be a blow to those who use him as a main, but great news for players that are sick of going head-to-head with him.
Other League of Legends: Wild Rift champions to get alterations include Ekko, Wild Rift’s Blitzcrank, Kayn, Ashe, Akshan, Wild Rift’s Lucian, and Lux. Across these characters, you can expect to see changes to the effectiveness of their abilities. Some are for the better through lesser cooldowns and higher damage output, while others take a hit to their skills.
In terms of changes to actual gameplay, the horizon focus item has a new buff that increases its damage output, while the same is true of Luden’s Echo, it’s an increase to cooldown refund on kills for the awakened soulstealer.
