Who is Genshin Impact’s Babel?
Babel is the matriarch leader of the Tanit tribe – a group of Eremites that live on the southern border of the Desert of Hadramaveth in Sumeru. She cares deeply about the integrity of her tribe and has a hatred for traitors, especially if she has wasted time and energy on them.
Babel is kind and hospitable to visitors and is fond of the Eremite Jeht, as she reminds her of her late daughter. Others members of the tribe see this as favouritism, especially as Jeht is the daughter of a traitor.
What are the Genshin Impact Babel quests?
Babel and the Tanit tribe play an important role in the Genshin Impact Dirge of Bilqis quest line that is available after you complete the Golden Slumber. It’s a long chain of world quests, so you get to spend plenty of time with the Tanit matriarch.
Will Genshin Impact’s Babel be playable?
Sadly, Babel will not be added to the Genshin Impact character roster. She’s an important NPC in her quest line, but her character design is just a reskin of the Eremite Scorching Loremasters, which are common enemies across Sumeru.
