Popstar Bebe Rexha is set to perform in Harmony Hills, a Roblox game created by Warner Music Group where players can become the star of the show. This Roblox Bebe Rexha crossover is by no means the first big name to enter the world of Roblox games, and it sure won’t be the last.
The show is set to premiere at 16:00 PT /19:00 ET / 00:00 BST on July 28, 2023. We don’t know much more about the performance, other than the fact that it’s organized by Gamefam, which seems to have caused a stir in the Twitter replies for the news. At least people care, I guess.
Following performances from Elton John, The Chainsmokers, Lil Nas X, Charli XCX, Twenty One Pilots, and more pop superstars, Roblox’s metaverse reality is clearly in full swing. Just like Travis Scott towering over hordes of Fortnite folks flossing along to the Franchise, Roblox has taken the music world into its blocky arms too.
