To celebrate the release of the new game on January 20, Nintendo and Intelligent systems are running a Fire Emblem Engage x Fire Emblem Heroes collaboration. The collab event is part of the mobile game and includes various events and new items to get your hands on.
The main event for this partnership is a Summoning Focus, appropriately named Engage. During this event you can summon four new heroes from Fire Emblem Engage: Joyous Royal Céline, Fairy Tail Flier Chloé, Dragon Child Alear, and Rearmed Hero: Floral Protector Alfred.
The summoning event runs from January 17 to February 7, and after 40 summons, you can choose one of the four heroes to summon for free. You can do this up to two times, so if you hit a bad luck summoning streak, you know you’re guaranteed yo get one of the new heroes.
After the special summoning event, Céline, Chloé, and Alear are still available to summon, but Alfred may only come back in a future special event. There’s also a new story chapter as part of the collab, called King of Light.
The partnership runs both ways, as you can also unlock some free weapons and bond rings in Fire Emblem Engage when it launches on January 20. All you need to do is make sure you have Fire Emblem Heroes installed, connect your Nintendo Switch to the internet, and follow the steps on the Fire Emblem Heroes website.
That’s everything you need to know about the Fire Emblem Engage x Fire Emblem Heroes collaboration. If you haven’t already, check out our Fire Emblem Engage preview before it releases later this week.
