It’s almost time to jet off into a new challenge in the mobile version of Nintendo’s primo racing experience, with the Mario Kart Tour Peach versus Bowser event next up in the karting calendar. It’s not just the princess and the Koopa king taking on the challenge though, with the entire roster splitting their allegiances between the two.
To mark the Mario Kart Tour Peach versus Bowser event, a classic Mario Kart DS course will make its mobile debut. Peach Gardens, a personal favourite from my DS-lite karting heyday, is finally going to be available to play, with the princess’ palace the perfect playground for a bit of corner drifting and red shelling.
As ever, there’s also a new Mii racing outfit for the Peach versus Bowser event, with the costume this time around allowing your racer to cosplay as Rocky Wrench. Unfortunately, this doesn’t mean an unlimited supply of wrenches to lobby at your opponents, but it’s still a snazzy look.
When is the Mario Kart Tour Peach versus Bowser event?
All of the fun kicks off with the Peach versus Bowser event on November 29, so be sure to reap all the rewards of the current animal-themed event before it comes to a close.
