The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom poes are a type of mysterious collectible you can find in the depths. While it’s not clear what they are for at first, your round trip through Hyrule introduces you to bargainer statues, and then your TotK’s poes really come in handy.
But where do you find a bargainer statue? And what rewards can you get? Well, that’s what we’re here to explain. Once you’re all done with collecting poes, check out our Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom review for a full rundown. For more, we’ve also got Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom depths, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom armor, and Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom bubbul gems guides for even more tips.
Anyway, let’s make some prose on Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s poes.
What are Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s poes?
Zelda: TotK’s poes are small glowing spirit orbs you can find scattered around the depths. They glow blue, and you can find them in groups all over. Just run around to find them, there’s no clear way to gather them other than exploration. Luckily, the darkness of the depths makes them pretty darn easy to spot.
What do I do with Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom’s poes?
You need to take poes to Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom bargainer statues to receive a variety of rewards. Here are the ones you can get from the Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Lookout Landing bargainer statue (location marked above!):
- Dark clump – ten poes
- Muddle bud – 16 poes
- Puffshroom – 16 poes
- Bomb flower – 16 poes
- Dark hood – 300 poes
- Dark tunic – 150 poes
- Dark trousers – 200 poes
- Hood of the Depths – 300 poes
- Tunic of the Depths – 150 poes
- Gaiters of the Depths – 200 poes
How do I get more Tears of the Kingdom poes?
To find more TotK poes, you just have to hunt the depths, sadly. They often come in groups, so keep your eyes open for glowing blue lights in the distance. Sometimes you’ll spot a green or pink-tinged poe, which are either large or Grand poes, which are worth five or 20 poes respectively.
Poes don’t just spawn on the ground, either, so climb up high on the weird trees and buildings in the depths and you can find a bunch more.
That’s all we’ve got on Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom poes for now. For more, check out our Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom koroks, Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom shrines, and Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom geoglyph guides.
