It’s time to usher in the Year of the Rabbit (and the monkey that clings to the rabbit’s back), as we leap into a brand new Clive ‘N’ Wrench trailer showcasing the fun to come in this exciting 3D platformer. And, if that’s not enough to wrench your Clive into action, we’ve also got a whopping eight-minute gameplay preview to hop, skip, and jump through as well.
After ten years of wrangling the monkey wrench with Wrench and chomping on plenty of chives with Clive, it looks like solo developer Rob Wass is finally ready to let these cheeky chaps loose on Steam, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch, as the long-awaited Clive ‘N’ Wrench release date draws nearer. And, in the build-up to its release, Numskull Games has given us this glorious glimpse at the dynamic duo and what classic capers await.
With plenty of charming and charismatic characters to meet, tricky trials to face, and countless collectables to snap up, Clive ‘N’ Wrench is a love letter to the collectathons from the golden age of 3D platformers. Featuring character cameos from other hit titles from the genre, including Playtonic’s beloved Yooka-Laylee, we’re awaiting this one with bright eyes and bushy tails
