Are there Fire Emblem Engage romance options?
Yes, Fire Emblem Engage does have romance options. You can improve bonds between the main character Alear and the many characters that join their party, while increasing this bond to S-rank will lead to a special scene with your chosen character.
However, not all special scenes will be romantic. While some are, others allow players to reinforce a friendship with someone, rather than something more flirtatious.
