It seems that everyone is flocking to Devsisters’ sweet treat mobile title, with confirmation today that Cookie Run: Kingdom users are over 50 million strong, with more arriving at the Bear Jelly train station every day.
Devsisters released the Cookie Run: Kingdom user numbers as part of the ongoing second-anniversary celebrations, marking two years of taking treats overflowing with toppings into tasty battles. The exact number, at least at the time of posting, is 51,618,233 players who collectively have spent more than three billion gems in-game. That’s a whole lot of summoning.
As part of the celebratory Twitter post, there are more big digits out of Devsisters to prove the success of its star title outside of just player numbers. The graphic also reveals that the community has cleared over three million story missions, picked up over two and a half million rewards from the fountain, and produced a staggering 99 million products, just shy of the one hundred million mark.
It’s not a surprise to see how massive the numbers are behind Cookie Run: Kingdom when you think of what the game has achieved in such a short space of time. It’s spawned a franchise, with both a Cookie Run: Witch’s Castle release date and Cookie Run: OvenSmash release date anticipated in the near future, seen a popular crossover with K-Pop sensations BTS, and even played host to a certain Mickey Mouse. With that star power, you’re going to be big news.
