About compton clash
We are excited to partner with the Beachcon and the City of Compton to host the Compton Clash, Compton’s first all night video esports tournament! This colossal event will take place at the beautiful new 20,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Douglas Dollarhide Community Center in downtown Compton. Bring your best gaming skills because the competition will be intense! There will be two tournament, one targeted to youth ages 5-15, and one targeted to adults, ages 16+. Compton Clash will feature an retro game room for “seasoned” gamers and gamer who have an affinity for the originals. There will also be interactive tech booths, live music performances, great food and great fun! We are anticipating over 2000-4000 in attendance. This will be a well secured and highly visible event with exclusive features on ABC Television, print media and radio. The event will be livestreamed on Youtube, Twitch and our partner websites.
Please Note:
a) Tournament will be run through smash.gg
b) All Tournament Rules are posted on the smash.gg link
c) Online Registration is cheaper, there will be limited registration at the door at an increased fee
d) No children under the age of 16 will be allowed at the overnight tournament without a parent or legal guardian
